Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the team and manager on data cleansing, data migration, and other time-sensitive operational tasks.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to obtain missing or incomplete information, ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
- Confidently follow up with stakeholders, holding them accountable in a professional and approachable manner while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Monitor active surveys and operational cases, ensuring they are progressed and completed within agreed timescales.
- Maintain and update planners and tracking tools, providing accurate visibility of progress and proactively chasing outstanding actions.
- Support the wider operations team with administrative and ad hoc tasks as required.
About You
- Previous experience in an administration or operations support role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, able to prioritise workloads, and comfortable working to deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
