We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal PA to join a busy, professional team. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone with a strong litigation background who enjoys delivering high-quality support.

The role will include:

  • Providing full PA support to fee earners, including diary management, call handling, and meeting coordination
  • Organising travel arrangements (trains, flights, hotels, and taxis)
  • Managing post, couriers, office supplies, and general office queries
  • Assisting with file opening, compliance checks and maintaining accurate client records
  • Supporting fee earners with KYC documentation and engagement processes
  • Monitoring files, chasing outstanding documentation and assisting with file closing
  • Preparing and editing draft bills, checking accuracy, and producing billing correspondence
  • Liaising with the Legal Cashier on invoices, disbursements, and expenses
  • Formatting and amending documents and PDFs
  • Preparing litigation bundles, including indexing, pagination, hyperlinking, and distribution

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous Legal PA experience, within litigation
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word
  • Experience with iManage and/or Clio (preferred)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • A CILEX Legal Secretarial Diploma (advantageous)
