Are you a proactive, hands-on facilities professional looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a Facilities Manager to take full ownership of a busy office environment in London. This is your chance to make a real difference to the day-to-day workplace experience while leading a small team and working closely with colleagues across the business.

What You’ll Do

As Facilities Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything related to the office, including:

  • Keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently day-to-day
  • Managing and supporting a Facilities Assistant
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and office improvement projects
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
  • Collaborating with Front of House and other teams to enhance the workplace environment
  • Creating a welcoming and professional space for employees and visitors alike

 

Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who can combine leadership with a practical, hands-on approach. You’ll need:

  • Experience managing facilities in an office environment
  • Relevant qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A solutions-focused, proactive approach with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service
