What You’ll Do
As Facilities Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything related to the office, including:
- Keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently day-to-day
- Managing and supporting a Facilities Assistant
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and office improvement projects
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Collaborating with Front of House and other teams to enhance the workplace environment
- Creating a welcoming and professional space for employees and visitors alike

We want someone who can combine leadership with a practical, hands-on approach. You’ll need:
- Experience managing facilities in an office environment
- Relevant qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
