Project Assistant / Executive Assistant
Tay Associates have partnered with a highly successful and reputable investment banking firm in the heart of London. This role is to support the charity side of the business where you will manage all duties assistant related. You will be liaising with firm employees across the global offices, fielding questions and providing support as needed to ensure consistent roll out of philanthropic initiatives. As you will be working in partnership with their events team, you will also assist with planning and executing larger-scale, special events.
5 days in office (non-negotiable)
Duties
- Oversight of a portfolio volunteer projects (includes: project planning, application review, acceptance and decline; upload of information onto internal Web site, main point of contact for nonprofits and internal stakeholders; grants processing; administration and reporting)
- Support team on briefing notes, presentation creation, talking points, data analysis, due diligence and thought leadership execution
- Represent OCE to non-profit partners and internal stakeholders
- Communicate with various internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate projects
- Multi-task projects and assignments with reporting responsibility to manager
