Job Description
A financial services firm is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Events Coordinator will include a variety of responsibilities, including providing backup support and coverage for the hospitality manager, serving as the first point of contact clients and guests. You will be instrumental in coordinating catering arrangements and providing support for our internal events.
You will oversee and manage all aspects of food and beverage operations for events, guided by the Event Manager. Coordinate room set up and breakdown according to event requirements and attend weekly events meetings Coordinate vendor payments and maintain records of costs for all food and beverage orders, with support from the Event Manager.
