Tay Associates is partnering with a successful global asset management company to recruit an experienced German-speaking Team Assistant to join its established London support team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and adaptable Assistant who enjoys variety, working with senior stakeholders and operating within a fast-paced, international environment.
Supporting senior executives and wider teams across the UK and Europe, you will provide high-quality EA and administrative support, often managing changing priorities and stepping across different teams as business needs require.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Extensive international travel arrangements and detailed itinerary preparation
- Processing expenses, credit card reconciliations and travel-related administration
- Liaising confidently with senior executives, colleagues, clients and external contacts
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, lunches, dinners and events
- Preparing and formatting Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
- Maintaining CRM information and ensuring accurate client and contact data
- Supporting visiting international executives
- Assisting with conferences, events and wider business initiatives
- Providing additional project and administrative support across the business
About You
You will have at least twoyears’ experience within an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant or senior administrative role, ideally gained within financial services, asset management, investment management, professional services or another fast-paced global corporate environment.
Fluency in both German and English is essential.
You will be confident, proactive and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to move quickly between competing priorities. You should be comfortable supporting demanding senior stakeholders, using your own judgement and taking ownership rather than waiting for direction.
Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, alongside experience managing complex diaries, international travel and expenses. CRM experience would also be advantageous.
This would particularly suit an Assistant who enjoys being part of a collaborative support function, where no two days are the same and flexibility, resilience and a genuinely team-focused approach are valued.
