Tay Associates has partnered with a leading organisation to recruit an Operations Administrator for an initial 3-6 month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data, stakeholders, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the team and manager on data cleansing, data migration, and other time-sensitive operational tasks.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to obtain missing or incomplete information, ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
  • Confidently follow up with stakeholders, holding them accountable in a professional and approachable manner while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Monitor active surveys and operational cases, ensuring they are progressed and completed within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain and update planners and tracking tools, providing accurate visibility of progress and proactively chasing outstanding actions.
  • Support the wider operations team with administrative and ad hoc tasks as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in an administration or operations support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, able to prioritise workloads, and comfortable working to deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
