About the Role We are looking for a proactive and ambitious JUNIOR Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of engaging with prospective clients, uncovering their needs, and driving interest in Taxually’s innovative solutions. You’ll play a key part in our mission to simplify tax compliance for large enterprise companies and multi-nationals worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential customers in target industries such as large enterprises and strategic partners. Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team. Understand clients’ pain points around indirect tax compliance and showcase how Taxually can provide tailored solutions. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and follow up on inbound leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (HubSpot). Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on market feedback. What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for someone who is near the start of their career, and has had some experience within sales development, inside sales, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport. A self-starter attitude with excellent time management and organisational skills. Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to help businesses solve complex challenges. Knowledge of tax compliance, VAT, or indirect tax is an advantage but not essential – we’ll provide comprehensive training. We want people who are inquisitive, and are always looking at potential avenues to increase their outputs, whilst maintaining a structure which will keep results on track. Someone with drive – there will be things which you will most likely have to do which sit outside of your job description, those who muck in and get on with these things are the ones who typically tend to thrive.
