Join Taxion as a Nursery Room Leader to support our early years team by creating a safe, stimulating and joyful learning environment for children under five. This permanent, full‑time position is based in Pinner, with flexible hours available (40hrs or 37hrs per week).

Lead and manage the nursery team, ensuring high quality care and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. Plan and deliver engaging daily programmes that promote children’s development and well‑being. Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Maintain high safeguarding, health and safety standards. Support staff development, training and performance management. Assist with children’s health, nutrition and routine care.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience caring for children under five is required.
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection best practice.
  • Excellent communication and team‑working skills.
  • Passion for delivering high‑quality learning experiences.
  • Ability to engage parents in child development partnerships.
