The Role:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification
  • Understand the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Have previous experience of caring for children under 5
  • Have knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
  • Be a team player
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be passionate about delivering high-quality, exciting learning opportunities
  • Understand the importance of parent partnerships
