Join Taxion as a Nursery Room Leader to support our early years team by creating a safe, stimulating and joyful learning environment for children under five. This permanent, full‐time position is based in Pinner, with flexible hours available (40hrs or 37hrs per week).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursery team, ensuring high quality care and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Plan and deliver engaging daily programmes that promote children's development and well‐being.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Maintain high safeguarding, health and safety standards.
- Support staff development, training and performance management.
- Assist with children's health, nutrition and routine care.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- Prior experience caring for children under five is required.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection best practice.
- Excellent communication and team‐working skills.
- Passion for delivering high‐quality learning experiences.
- Ability to engage parents in child development partnerships.
