Traffic Manager’s Purpose: To keep work flowing smoothly through the studio, ensuring projects are scheduled, prioritised and delivered on time. As Traffic Manager at Taxi Studio, you'll be the engine behind the studio's day-to-day workflow. You'll coordinate planning, schedules and priorities, ensuring the right people are working on the right tasks at the right time. You'll remove bottlenecks, communicate changing priorities clearly, and keep projects moving with pace and precision, while always working in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
Planning Coordinator
You'll oversee the daily flow of work across the studio, ensuring new projects are scheduled appropriately, priorities are clear and deadlines met. You'll work closely with Client Relationship Team and Heads of Team to allocate work efficiently, balancing workloads while responding quickly to changing client needs. You'll keep everyone informed and flag scheduling conflicts early so practical adjustments can be made to keep delivery on track. You'll also support the planning process by maintaining an awareness of project forecasts, upcoming demand and commercial priorities.
Delivery Guardian
You'll monitor project progress throughout the day, identifying risks before they become problems. You'll chase outstanding actions, ensure deadlines remain achievable and communicate changes quickly and clearly. You'll help maintain momentum across every project while supporting high‑quality delivery. Where freelance support is required, you'll coordinate onboarding, manage their day‑to‑day scheduling and act as their primary operational contact, ensuring they are effectively integrated into project teams and studio processes.
Process Improver
You'll continually look for ways to improve how work moves through the studio. You'll help refine scheduling processes, resource tools and ways of working, making it easier for teams to collaborate and deliver exceptional work. You'll contribute ideas that improve efficiency without compromising quality. You'll also use scheduling and utilisation data to support continuous improvements to planning, forecasting and studio performance.
Trusted Partner
You'll communicate with clarity, confidence and empathy, ensuring priorities and changing demands are understood across the studio. You'll build trusted relationships by understanding the needs of different teams, thinking proactively on their behalf and finding practical solutions. You'll balance confidence with empathy, making decisions that support the team and the projects, always looking for solutions rather than obstacles. Team Supporter
You'll build strong relationships across the studio, becoming the first point of contact for day‑to‑day scheduling questions. You'll understand who's available, who's busy and where work can realistically be allocated. You'll manage holiday approvals, coordinating cover to minimise disruption to project delivery. You'll support the wider team by helping maintain a balanced workload while escalating capacity concerns to the Delivery Director where appropriate.
