We are looking for a proactive, creative, and data-driven UK Growth & Marketing Executive to join our lean UK team. Reporting directly to the UK Growth & Marketing Lead, you will be part of a small dedicated UK Growth & Marketing team collaborating closely with the central Group marketing function and local UK teams. This is a high-impact execution role where you will support the Lead across the entire marketing spectrum, from performance and CRM to brand and product marketing. We value your mindset and core skills - proactivity, a self-learning attitude, and a passion for AI - over domain expertise. You will be at the heart of our UK business helping to re-engineer our GTM approach and establish a high-performance culture.
Your Responsibilities
- Growth & Performance Marketing
- Local Channel Management: Support the execution and management of local UK channels, including Affiliates, Partnerships, and Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct market performance analysis and regular reporting to track progress against growth KPIs.
- Viral Growth: Provide execution support for Word-of-Mouth (WoM) and Referral channels.
- Experimentation: Assist in the planning and execution of high-velocity growth experiments to optimize the conversion funnel, including testing new channels and landing page tests.
- Global Collaboration: Work with central Taxfix channel teams to localise and execute global campaigns for the UK market.
- Planning & Execution: Manage the UK CRM calendar and take ownership of email execution to improve conversion and retention.
- Content Production: Produce engaging content tailored to the UK customer lifecycle.
- Research & Insights: Perform customer research and analysis to inform our UK-specific GTM playbook.
- Positioning & Copy: Assist with product positioning, messaging, and drafting copy for landing pages, service pages, and in-product journeys.
- Creative Workflow: Develop creative briefs and provide constructive feedback to central creative production teams.
- Brand Localisation: Ensure the Taxfix brand is effectively localised for the UK audience across all touchpoints.
- Social & PR: Manage UK social media channels and provide support for PR and corporate communications initiatives.
Your Profile
- Right Mindset: You are proactive, open-minded, and a natural self-learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-Driven & Creative: You possess the analytical skills to interpret data and the creativity to turn those insights into compelling marketing initiatives.
- AI-Literate: You actively embrace AI tools to automate manual tasks and enhance your workflow.
- Core Skills Focus: You have some foundational marketing skills and a "get things done" attitude, prioritising agility and impact.
- Communicator: You are a strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively with both local teammates and central group functions.
Why Taxfix?
