US/UK Tax Senior Manager to join their London office, managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of US/UK high-net-worth tax clients.
- Provide US and UK tax advisory services to individuals.
- Lead client relationships and deliver high-quality tax advice.
- Oversee department work planning and resource allocation.
- Conduct appraisals and mentor junior team members.
- Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support to the team.
- Contribute to Management Committee meetings and firm initiatives.
- Support business performance targets and strategic objectives.
- Develop client relationships and identify advisory opportunities.
Qualifications
- ATT, Enrolled Agent (EA), or equivalent tax qualification.
- Experience managing a portfolio of HNW US/UK tax clients.
- Strong technical knowledge of US and UK personal taxation.
- Previous management experience or readiness to step into a managerial role.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify business development opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
