We are working with one of London's leading advisers to HNW American private clients. This non-Big 4 and non-PE backed firm offers exposure to high-end personal tax advisory work, as part of a supportive and thriving team. Their US Private Client Tax team is growing and keen to make a strategic hire at Tax Director grade.
The incoming individual will be the lead advisor on key HNW client relationships. They'll look after US executives, business owners, PE principals, their families and family offices. They will identify and advise on ad hoc tax and trust planning opportunities, including drafting detailed tax advisory reports. This will include advising on succession planning and the use of trusts, as well as pre-arrival and departure tax advice.
Working alongside recognised Partners, they will also get involved with networking and business development activities. This is an opportunity for an experienced, EA/ATT dual-qualified adviser to develop their career in a supportive environment where they will have a genuine voice.
Salary will be dependent on experience, but is likely to be in the region of £120k - £150k + benefits, with genuine prospects for partnership in due course. The team operates hybrid working 2-3 days a week.
