The Role

  • Lead complex transfer pricing advisory engagements for large and listed businesses
  • Design, implement and defend global transfer pricing policies and frameworks
  • Oversee preparation and review of Master Files, Local Files, and detailed economic analyses
  • Advise on restructuring, supply chain transformation, and cross‑border value chain design
  • Support intercompany financing arrangements and intangible asset structuring
  • Manage transfer pricing aspects of HMRC enquiries, audits, and dispute resolution
  • Collaborate with international teams on cross‑border client engagements
  • Contribute to business development, proposals, and client pitches
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the UK transfer pricing practice
