A fast‑growing tax advisory firm is looking to appoint a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its expanding UK team. This is an opportunity to join a modern, non‑audit advisory firm working with large and listed businesses on complex international matters. You'll advise high‑profile clients on a range of transfer pricing issues, while working closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Role
- Lead transfer pricing advisory projects for large and multinational businesses
- Design, implement and document global transfer pricing policies
- Prepare and review Master Files, Local Files and supporting economic analyses
- Advise on transfer pricing aspects of restructurings and supply chain transformations
- Support clients through enquiries, audits and dispute resolution processes
- Analyse developments in international tax reform, including BEPS and Pillar Two
- Collaborate with international colleagues on cross‑border engagements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development and proposal activity
- Coach and develop junior team members
- Help shape technology‑enabled and AI‑driven ways of working within the practice
Qualifications
- CTA, ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Strong technical transfer pricing knowledge and understanding of economic principles
- Experience preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation
- Knowledge of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD guidelines
- Experience advising large corporates or listed groups
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to simplify complex technical matters
- Experience managing projects and mentoring junior staff
