Job Overview

Our client is a long established independent firm of accountants. They seek a corporate tax professional at manager or senior manager level. The ideal candidate will be ACA or CTA qualified or qualified by experience; including experience of clients with the following tax considerations: international tax matters, taxation of loan relationships, transfer pricing, large corporate groups and UK regulatory requirements for larger companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside colleagues in corporate finance and collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated professional services.
  • Play a key role in practice development activities, for example writing thought leadership pieces, delivering presentations and attending networking events.
  • Manage and develop more junior staff.
