We are looking for an experienced tax professional to join a growing national tax advisory team. This is a fully advisory role where you will work on complex, high-value projects that make a real difference to clients. If you enjoy solving challenging tax problems, building strong client relationships, and mentoring others, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and delivering complex tax advisory projects from start to finish.
- Providing expert advice in areas such as corporate reorganisations, property structuring, shareholder exits, and more.
- Working directly with clients to ensure advice is clear, actionable, and successfully implemented.
- Building trusted relationships with entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses.
- Supporting service development through initiatives like webinars and technical publications.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
To be successful you’ll need:
- A qualified tax professional (CTA, ACCA, ACA, ICAS, or former Inspector) with a strong technical interest in advisory work.
- Experience working with entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses is a big plus.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to take ownership of client projects.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills, combined with a commercial mindset.
