The Opportunity We are now seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join our Financial Services Employment tax team, where you’ll dive into exciting projects from day one.

Skills and Attributes for Success You’ll have: Experience of employment tax gained in consultancy, legal firm and/or large global corporate Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders at all levels to gain support for major changes and key decisions Working and technical understanding of key employment tax issues including: Expenses and Benefits (PSAs and P11Ds) Employment Status (IR35 and self-employed) Payroll (PAYE, RTI, apprenticeship levy, audits) Construction Industry Scheme Termination Payments Pensions National Minimum Wage Dealing with HMRC, audits, disclosure SAO and CCO A proactive, energetic, and forward-thinking mindset.
Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
Technical expertise with a drive to keep learning.
Solid project management skills—meeting deadlines is your thing.
Relevant qualifications (ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, Law, or equivalent).
Risk-awareness and attention to detail.
