This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on turning complex regulatory challenges into scalable, tech-driven solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner directly with clients to design and implement global compliance and reporting solutions
- Translate complex requirements into practical, technology-enabled operating models
- Lead end-to-end delivery from RFP response through to implementation
- Act as the bridge between emerging technologies (including AI) and client needs
- Collaborate with global product and technology teams
- Support development of business cases for new technology solutions
- Contribute to AI-driven innovation and automation initiatives

What They’re Looking For
- Experience in consulting, transformation, or technology delivery within financial services
- Proven ability to design and implement operating models and data strategies
- Understanding of tax/compliance concepts (e.g. VAT, corporate tax, reporting)
- Experience with data, automation, and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
- Strong communication skills with client-facing and commercial experience
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Familiarity with financial services (banking particularly valuable)
