A progressive, advisory, tax and audit firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Partner to help lead and scale its private client proposition in Yorkshire and the wider region. This is an entrepreneurial Partner opportunity for a senior private client adviser who wants more than a maintenance role. You will have the platform, autonomy and backing to shape the firm's private client strategy, build a sustainable book of work and leave a visible legacy within a growing partnership.

As a Partner, you will act as the lead trusted adviser to high net worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and owner‑managed businesses, advising across complex UK private client tax matters including succession planning, IHT, CGT and lifetime planning. You will take full ownership of key client relationships and play a central role in expanding the firm's private client footprint.

Working closely with Corporate Finance, Business Tax and wider advisory teams, you will spot opportunities early, create joined‑up solutions and actively contribute to cross‑firm growth.

Applicants will typically be CTA qualified (or equivalent) with deep private client tax experience, strong technical credibility and an entrepreneurial, opportunity driven mindset. You will be commercially astute, confident building relationships and motivated by growth, influence and long‑term value creation.
