Our client, a specialist tax boutique in London, is seeking an Associate Director to join their established and growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals with a strong international focus, providing ad-hoc advisory services and an element of compliance review. This high-end, independent firm offers not only a great range of personal tax and trusts planning work, but also values genuine work/life balance. The Opportunity:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, with a focus on international clients.
- Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including:
- Residence and the Statutory Residence Test
- Double Tax Treaties
- Remittance Basis and Anti‑Avoidance Provisions
- UK tax implications for offshore trusts and beneficiaries (including motive defence, taxation of distributions, and UK real estate ownership)
- Implications of Finance Act 2025 changes for non-doms and offshore trustees
- IHT planning, including APR, BPR, Family Investment Companies, and Family Investment Partnerships
About You:
- CTA qualified and possibly also STEP.
