Your new role
As an Employment Tax Senior Manager or Director, you will take on a key leadership role within a growing tax advisory team. Your focus will be on delivering complex, high‑quality Employment Tax advice to a varied portfolio of clients, predominantly family‑owned and owner‑managed businesses. You will manage a diverse workload spanning:
- HMRC enquiries
- Employment status and IR35
- National Minimum Wage matters
- CIS‑related issues
- Wider tax projects including due diligence, CCO and SAO reviews
Alongside managing client relationships, you will support the strategic development of the Employment Tax service line, helping to grow the team, refine service offerings and strengthen relationships with key sectors and external stakeholders such as HMRC, legal advisers and industry bodies.
