This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading global accountancy and advisory firms in a Private Client Trust Tax Manager role. You will be working with some of the most ambitious and entrepreneurial owners and senior leadership teams of the UK's leading high-growth businesses.
The rapidly growing Private Client Team manages the funds, businesses and trusts of individuals, families and entrepreneurs. You will be exposed to a constantly evolving range of technical challenges, building strong relationships with individuals, becoming their trusted advisor to ensure their tax affairs are in line with what they want to achieve.
The Trust Tax team offers a range of carefully tailored services to an equally varied range of clients - from UK and offshore Trusts, Charities and Estates, to entrepreneurs, entertainers and more. Part of the Private Client Services team, your expertise will play an integral part of a family's overall tax planning strategy.
The Private Client Trust Tax Manager role is part of the team responsible for assisting Partners, Directors and other senior staff in servicing clients, directing Trust services and managing people within the Trust team. The primary day-to-day responsibility will be to act as a point of contact within the firm for the client together with the other senior staff.
You will deal with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of existing clients, including billings and cash collection within the firm's criteria.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Key to the role is for the individual to be able to proactively manage their own workload, provide overall support to Senior Managers and Directors on client matters and assist Directors in the management of the day-to-day delivery of all trust tax compliance and trust accounts work.
- Trust tax knowledge is essential, as is a wider knowledge of personal taxation.
