Our client is a Top Ten accountancy firm in the UK and is the leading and largest SME practice. We are looking for a Corporate Tax Senior or Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee mainly OMB and some larger PLC clients, delivering high‑quality tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Deal with a range of businesses across diverse industries.
  • Help managers and senior managers with research for advisory work.
  • Work on projects such as M&A transactions or shareholder tax planning.
  • Manage compliance for your portfolio and supervise more junior staff.
  • Actively involve in client contact and contact with HMRC from day one.
  • Could be suitable for someone from a larger firm seeking increased client contact and portfolio responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Professional qualification, e.g., ATT, CTA, or ACCA (or part‑qualified).
  • Experience in corporate tax or mixed tax within a practice environment.
