The Role
You will advise large corporates and private equity clients on the full life-cycle of transactions - acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and refinancing. This is a hands-on, deal-focused role where you will:
- Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence
- Structure transactions and identify risks and opportunities early
- Quantify exposures and play a key role in SPA negotiations
- Provide commercially grounded advice aligned with UK tax legislation
- Navigate complex international considerations, including BEPS and Pillar Two developments
- Work directly with corporate finance, legal advisers, and international stakeholders on cross-border deals
Who We Are Looking For
- CTA / ACA / CA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong UK corporate tax and transactions tax experience
- Proven track record in due diligence and deal execution
- Experience advising private equity and/or large corporates
- Commercially minded - able to cut through technical detail and deliver clear, pragmatic advice
- Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships
- Motivated by growth, change, and building something new
