The Role
- Working closely with Partners and Directors, you will play a key role in delivering market-leading advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including:
- Tax structuring for UK and international real estate investments
- Acquisitions, disposals and corporate reorganisations
- Real estate and infrastructure transactions
- Tax due diligence projects
- Property fund and investment structures
- Ongoing corporate tax compliance and advisory matters
- Cross-border tax issues and international investments
You’ll be trusted to manage client relationships, oversee project delivery and contribute to the continued growth of the practice, while also mentoring and developing junior team members.
What You’ll Bring
- ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
