An opportunity has arisen to join a newly established and fast-growing Pillar Two team within the firm's Corporate Tax practice. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of global tax reform, supporting clients with their Pillar Two compliance, corporate tax compliance, and tax accounting obligations.
The successful candidate will work with a diverse client portfolio ranging from multinational groups to mid-market organisations across a broad range of sectors. As part of an expanding team, the role provides strong career progression opportunities, early responsibility, and exposure to complex international tax matters.
Key Responsibilities- Leading delivery of Pillar Two compliance engagements, including data collection, analysis, review of calculations, and submission of returns
- Reviewing and transforming client data into standardised tax compliance templates
- Reviewing and submitting corporation tax returns and tax accounting deliverables
- Managing client relationships and engagement timelines
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Supporting engagement budgeting and contributing to process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with global teams and delivery centres across the firm's international network
- Strong knowledge of global Pillar Two rules and filing requirements
- Experience preparing or reviewing transitional safe harbour and full rules calculations
- Strong UK corporate tax technical skills
- ACA, ATT, CTA (or equivalent international qualification) or equivalent experience
- Strong client service and stakeholder management skills
- Data literacy and analytical capability
- Experience working with global or remote teams
- Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and support team development
