As an International Tax Manager, you will report to Head of Tax & Treasury and work alongside the UK Tax Manager.
A few of your key responsibilities include: Manage the outsourced international tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions (EMEA, LATAM, North America, and South Africa).
Ensure accurate tax accounting and reporting, including preparation and review of tax disclosures and annual tax provisioning processes under IFRS.
Provide tax advice on business initiatives, restructurings, acquisitions, disposals, and financing transactions.
Maintain and enhance tax controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
