Senior Manager, Tax Compliance & Reporting, Financial Services

City of London, hybrid working model

£140,000 + bonuses & benefits

A listed, global financial services business will be hiring a Senior Manager as a logical long-term successor for the Tax Director. Reporting directly to the Tax Director and managing a mid-sized team of experienced corporate tax managers, the successful candidate will be a key member of the tax leadership team, working alongside other divisional heads.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will be focused on:

  • Team mentorship
  • Oversight of multi-jurisdictional tax reporting
  • Tax compliance
  • Tax governance
  • Project/stakeholder management
  • Exposure to transformation projects

Qualifications:

  • ACA/CTA qualification
  • Extensive corporate tax compliance and reporting experience (UK & international)
  • Significant experience working in/with a complex and multinational financial services business
  • Open to top professional services backgrounds – in-house/long-term secondment experience preferred
  • Solid experience managing and leading a team of direct reports
  • Fluency in mainstream languages considered advantageous
  • The right to work permanently in the UK
