Global Mobility Tax Associate Director – London (Hybrid Working)

We’re working exclusively with the Tax Partners of a highly respected firm that continues to experience significant growth following a number of major client wins.

As a result, they’re looking to appoint an Associate Director to join their established and well-regarded Global Mobility team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Partners and Directors, advising a broad portfolio of clients ranging from entrepreneurial businesses and mid-market organisations through to Financial Services groups and FTSE 250 companies.

This is a genuinely advisory-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering practical, commercially focused tax solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Providing clients with proactive advice on UK and international Global Mobility tax developments.
  • Preparing and reviewing high-quality written advice on a wide range of Global Mobility matters.
  • Managing complex advisory projects from inception through to delivery.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Advising on all aspects of cross-border mobility, including: Employment taxes, Social Security, Payroll, Mobility processes and policies.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted adviser.

Qualifications

  • CTA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong post-qualified experience within Global Mobility/Employment Tax.
  • Currently operating at Senior Manager or Associate Director level, or an existing Director seeking a new challenge.
  • A confident client adviser with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and high-quality technical advice.
