A great opportunity to join the Employment Tax team of a high profile London accountancy firm. Working with high profile Partners and Directors, you'll perform a clientâfacing role, advising a dynamic portfolio of growing entrepreneurial businesses and listed companies.
Youâll have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of employment tax issues including, IR35, PAYE/NIC, termination payments, employer compliance reviews and the CIS. This is a supportive environment where you will be encouraged to develop your technical and nonâtechnical skills, whilst progressing your career towards Senior Manager and Director grades.
Youâll need to be CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent), with demonstrable experience of handling a range of employment tax compliance and advisory projects. The firm values a healthy work/life balance and discourages a longâhours culture. They have also adopted hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from home 2â3 days a week on average.
