We are partnering with a leading advisory firm to appoint a Corporate Tax Partner with a strong background in Transactions Tax advisory. This appointment is central to the firm's growth plans, driven by increasing demand within its Financial Due Diligence and wider transaction services team. The role represents a key strategic hire at a time of significant opportunity.

The incoming Partner will be responsible for leading and advising on a wide range of M&A tax matters, including structuring, corporate re‑orgs, due diligence, and post‑deal integration. Working closely with the firm's FDD and corporate finance teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering technical and commercially relevant advice across a broad range of transactions.

This is a client‑facing role requiring strong advisory experience, ideally developed in a corporate or transaction tax environment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Corporate Tax professional, currently operating at Director or Partner level, with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality M&A tax transactions advice.

Strong technical knowledge, sound commercial judgement, and a collaborative mindset are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment. This is also an opportunity to support the ongoing development of the firm’s corporate tax proposition, contribute to business development initiatives, and help nurture future talent within the team.
