We are working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking accountancy firm looking to build out its tax advisory practice to support a wide range of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, groups, and larger corporates. As part of their continued expansion, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Director to lead their advisory capability, build a team, and increase their client base.

This position forms a key part of the firm's growth strategy, offering significant scope to shape the direction of the advisory tax offering and play an influential role within the leadership team. The role provides extensive client exposure, responsibility for complex advisory work, and a central function in maintaining technical quality across the tax practice.

As Corporate Tax Director, you will deliver high-quality corporate advisory services to business owners, their companies, and large corporates. Advisory work will span corporate structuring, business sales and acquisitions, Share Schemes, and employee incentive planning.
