Our client is a large accountancy firm seeking a qualified tax professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent) to join their employer solutions team to lead and manage client relationships, analyse client business priorities and advise owner-managers on key matters. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing engagements and standards, assisting with consultancy and business development and managing salary exchange, IR35, benefits, CIS, and remuneration.
The ideal candidate will have Employment Taxes experience at Manager level, strong business development skills and the ability to manage complex engagements.
