Your new role

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an established employment tax specialist to play a key role in growing a high-performing practice and shaping its future direction.

You will advise a broad range of clients, from large corporates and multinational groups to privately owned businesses, on complex employment tax matters while building and developing long-term client relationships.

  • Leading employment tax advisory and compliance engagements.
  • Advising on PAYE, National Insurance, employment status, off-payroll working, reward and incentives.
  • Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries and risk reviews.
  • Driving business development initiatives and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Building and nurturing strong client and intermediary relationships.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a talented employment tax team.
  • Collaborating with senior colleagues across wider tax and advisory disciplines.
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Significant employment tax experience gained within a professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to win, retain and develop client relationships.
  • Strong technical expertise across UK employment tax matters.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience and a track record of developing teams.
  • Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Existing network within the Yorkshire, Northern or wider UK market would be advantageous.
