As a Senior Tax Advisory Manager, you'll join a dynamic team delivering high-quality tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base. You'll work closely with partners and directors on a wide range of projects, including:

  • Company restructuring
  • Shareholder tax planning
  • Employee share schemes
  • Dividend planning
  • Tax‑efficient share structures
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Due diligence
  • Management buyouts
  • Estate planning
  • HMRC enquiries

You’ll be responsible for managing assignments from start to finish, building long-term client relationships, and identifying opportunities to add value. This is a client-facing role that requires technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a proactive mindset.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • CTA / ACA / ACCA qualification
  • Broad knowledge of corporate, personal, business, and capital taxes
  • Experience delivering tax planning projects
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage and develop a team
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • A solutions-focused approach and an ability to work across disciplines
  • Initiative to spot opportunities and drive advisory work forward
