As a Senior Tax Advisory Manager, you'll join a dynamic team delivering high-quality tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base. You'll work closely with partners and directors on a wide range of projects, including:
- Company restructuring
- Shareholder tax planning
- Employee share schemes
- Dividend planning
- Tax‑efficient share structures
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Due diligence
- Management buyouts
- Estate planning
- HMRC enquiries
You’ll be responsible for managing assignments from start to finish, building long-term client relationships, and identifying opportunities to add value. This is a client-facing role that requires technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a proactive mindset.
What you'll need to succeed:
- CTA / ACA / ACCA qualification
- Broad knowledge of corporate, personal, business, and capital taxes
- Experience delivering tax planning projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- A solutions-focused approach and an ability to work across disciplines
- Initiative to spot opportunities and drive advisory work forward
