Role responsibilities: Managed a diverse portfolio of international businesses, delivering specialist tax advice across areas such as corporate structuring, financing arrangements, organisational redesigns, transaction-related tax planning, and stakeholder support on complex tax matters. Built and maintained strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying commercial opportunities and creating pathways to engage both existing clients and prospective organisations. Advised businesses on international tax frameworks, cross-border operating structures, corporate transformation projects, and the impact of evolving global tax regulations. Translated complex technical tax concepts into clear, practical recommendations for a variety of audiences, while maintaining a strong understanding of overseas tax considerations affecting multinational groups. Directed multiple high-value assignments simultaneously, ensuring effective collaboration between multidisciplinary teams across different jurisdictions and service lines. Contributed to the development of business strategies by aligning tax solutions with changing market conditions, regulatory developments, and client objectives. Promoted robust governance and risk management practices, ensuring tax engagements were delivered in accordance with established compliance standards and internal policies. What you'll need to be successful: ACA, CTA, ACCA, ADIT qualified Track record of working in international tax advisory Technical expertise in corporate tax, international structuring
