Responsibilities
- As a Manager in the team, you’ll be a central point of contact for clients, monitoring the quality of data and reports; review and approve returns, and identify issues and opportunities to improve compliance processes.
- You’ll also ensure the delivery of quality work and help manage the delivery team.
- You’ll need the ability to develop strong client relationships as a trusted service provider, and have both a practical and commercial mindset.
Experience/Qualifications
- Financial services VAT experience preferred, but not absolutely essential – a good track record in UK and international VAT compliance is key.
Market rate for this kind of position is typically £65,000 to £80,000, depending on experience. Please note that specific salary bandings for roles with individual clients may vary from these guidelines.
