We are working on a new opportunity based in the award-winning Private Client Tax team of a high-profile accountancy practice.
Working alongside some of the profession’s leading personal tax and trusts advisers, you’ll advise UK and international UHNW individuals and families on inheritance tax, succession planning, and the use of on and offshore trust structures. As a key member of the broader Private Wealth team, the role requires:
- Experience of leading IHT and estate planning projects relating to multi-generational families.
- The ability to act as one of the Private Client team’s ‘go to’ advisers on IHT-related matters.
- Experience of managing HNW clients from introduction and engagement, to nurturing ongoing relationships and identifying new planning opportunities.
- Experience of building third-party networks and developing new clients.
This is very much a client and third-party facing role as a key point of contact and therefore requires excellent relationship management skills. The role also involves supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff.
It is likely that the successful candidate will be CTA/ACA qualified (possibly also STEP) and will certainly possess a strong technical understanding of inheritance tax and estate planning.
Based in the West End, the role offers hybrid working 2-3 days a week.
This is a great opportunity to play a high-profile role in a thriving and growing Private Client team. Ref 5180.
