We are working with a Big 4 Firm to recruit an Equity Reward Manager into their Employer Reward Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and high‑performing Reward practice, advising a diverse client base on equity and cash‑based incentive arrangements. This is a highly advisory‑focused role, offering exposure to complex reward structures, corporate transactions, and strategic remuneration projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on the design and implementation of equity and cash‑based incentive plans
  • Support clients on reward strategy, including remuneration frameworks, governance, and regulatory considerations
