Your new role
As an Employment Tax Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex employment tax advisory projects while developing relationships with key clients across multiple industries. You will take a strategic role in driving business growth, managing a talented team, and delivering technical excellence across areas such as IR35, PAYE/NIC, CIS, National Minimum Wage, and reward structuring.
- Leading complex Employment Tax advisory and HMRC enquiry projects
- Providing strategic advice on employment status, contractor compliance, and reward planning
- Managing a portfolio of high‑value clients across varied sectors
- Developing and mentoring a team of Managers and junior staff
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to proposals and tenders
- Delivering technical training sessions and employment tax updates internally and externally
- Working closely with Partners to drive service line growth and ensure best‑in‑class delivery
About you
- Strong technical expertise in Employment Tax, ideally gained within practice
- CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record of managing clients and delivering high‑quality advisory projects
- Confident communicator with strong leadership and commercial skills
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and build long‑term client relationships
