I'm working exclusively with a major client I've partnered with for almost 20 years to help them find a talented Tax Manager for their Equity and Employment Tax team. The Role
You'll be involved in both compliance and advisory work, delivering technical excellence while providing strategic solutions to clients. You'll also have the chance to mentor junior team members and help shape the future of the practice.
Key responsibilities

- Delivering high-quality compliance and advisory projects.
- Balancing day-to-day tax compliance with strategic project work.

What My Client is Looking For
We're seeking someone ambitious and client-focused, who enjoys solving problems and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
You will ideally have:
- Strong experience in employment tax advisory.
- Knowledge of global mobility payroll (a bonus, but not essential).
- A relevant qualification such as ATT, ACA, ACCA, CA, or CTA.
- Strong technical skills with a passion for continuous learning.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- A client-first approach with strong commercial awareness.
- Experience within professional services (preferred).
