They have built a strong reputation for advising growing, entrepreneurial businesses and their owners on all areas their taxation.
Demand for their capital taxes expertise continues to grow and the team are now keen to appoint a Senior Tax Adviser (£70k-£90k + car + bens + bonus) to focus on IHT and succession planning advice.
The client base is HNW business owners and multi-generational families.
Working closely with the partners, the incoming individual will perform an advisory-focused role, covering IHT, succession-planning, the use of family investment companies and trusts.
This is very much a hands on, client-facing advisory role.
It requires strong project management skills, as well as an excellent grasp of IHT and how it effects entrepreneurial HNWIs.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced CTA to deliver, shape and lead the IHT side of the Private Client Tax offering.
Supported by partners and junior staff, there is genuine scope for progression.
The role can also be tailored to the individual in terms of business development and/or deep technical advisory and/or team management.
Based in Coventry, the role offers hybrid working 2-3 days a week.
The environment is collegiate, supportive and sociable, not a huge corporate entity.
