Overview
Our client is a Top 20 accounting firm with a strong tax offering across the North.
They seek an Associate Director with experience of dealing with clients in the Not for Profit and Public Sectors such as housing associations, universities, local councils, charities, etc.
In this role you will work closely with colleagues in VAT and employment taxes, often leading on transactions and pitches.
A variety of office locations considered including Leeds, Manchester, Leicester, London, Birmingham, Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Our client offers hybrid and flexible working and would consider a part time hire.
You will manage more junior staff and work closely with directors and partners.
Would consider candidates from practice or those who have worked in-house in Not for Profit organisations.
Excellent prospects.
Would consider an experienced manager looking for a step up to Senior Manager/Associate Director.
Responsibilities
- Lead on transactions and pitches in collaboration with VAT and employment taxes teams.
- Manage more junior staff and work closely with directors and partners.
- Engage with clients in the Not for Profit and Public Sector, including housing associations, universities, local councils and charities.
- Support business development activities and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Experience of dealing with clients in Not for Profit and Public Sector sectors.
- Ability to work with colleagues in VAT and employment taxes and lead on client engagements.
- Experience in practice or in-house in Not for Profit organisations is acceptable.
- Proven track record of stepping up to Senior Manager or Associate Director level is desirable.
