Our client is seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their highly regarded Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team in London. This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of UK‑headquartered businesses and international groups, supporting them on a wide range of corporate tax matters while developing advisory and client management skills.

Role
- As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day relationships across a portfolio of clients while supporting Managers and Senior Managers on larger engagements.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on corporate tax matters
- Support the delivery of UK corporation tax advisory projects
- Research technical tax issues and contribute to client advice
- Work closely with specialists across tax disciplines and international teams
- Keep clients informed of legislative and regulatory developments affecting their businesses
- Assist with the delivery of UK corporation tax compliance services
- Review and supervise the work of junior team members
- Support client account management, risk procedures and financial controls
- Contribute to business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth
About You
- ACA, CA or CTA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong UK corporation tax experience gained in practice
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Experience reviewing and coaching junior staff
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high‑quality client service
