Taxation is seeking a qualified Corporate M&A/Deals Tax Director to lead complex tax aspects of transactions from our Cardiff or Cheltenham offices. You will advise on warranties, indemnities, and risk highlighting.
You will also lead tax due diligence reviews, pre-disposal reviews and advise on tax structuring and planning strategies for multi-site deals, with hybrid working and flexible hours.
