Our client is a multi-award winning, large independent firm with an established tax team. They deal with a diverse client base that ranges from dynamic OMB's to large corporate groups. As part of their expansion, they seek a qualified Corporate M & A/Deals Tax Director. This role could be based from the Cheltenham or Cardiff office and day to day your role would include:

  • Highlighting key tax risks and advising on tax warranties and indemnities required.
