What we’re looking for
- Experience in Share Plans or Reward teams within accountancy, law, or consulting firms.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e. g., ATT, CTA, ACA, or Solicitor).
- Strong client management and project leadership skills.
- A passion for producing high‑quality work and fostering positive client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
